CUSTOMER TESTING - CROSS-FLOW FILTRATION

In ultrafiltration and nanofiltration we offer feasibility studies, pilot plant tests and process scale-up.

 

We focus on solvent resistant ultrafiltration and nanofiltration for:

​

•  Concentration of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API)

•  Purification of solvent streams to prevent fouling in thermal separation units

•  Decolorization of solvents

•  Catalyst recovery

 

We have carried out laboratory and pilot tests with tubular, ceramic polymeric and flat sheet configuration membrane. For high viscosity media and high concentration factors required, we test with vibrating cross-flow filtration devices.

 

Our proprietary membranes as well as other membrane materials available on the market are used for our membrane screening tests.
